Tina is with Highlands Residential Mortgage and has had her mortgage practice for over 25 years.  Tina is a numbers gal, so much that she designed and hired a developing team to build an advanced mortgage analysis web based software to help educate her clients on their loan options. Tina is Founder and CEO of Mortgage Triangle Software which is available on the market for mortgage professionals to subscribe and use with their clients. Tina has been recognized during her career in the top 200 producers Nationwide through Mortgage Originator Magazine. She is a Certified Mortgage Planner and certified with The Washington State Housing Finance Commission (WSHFC). She lives in Newcastle Washington, has been married to her husband Dave for 23 years and loves her dog Harley and her leopard Gecko, Joey.  When she takes personal time she loves the outdoors and camping.
